Dates are very sweet small healthy fruits. My first encounter with Dates was eating a biscuit/cookie called Date bars, I instantly fell in love! Those were all I could eat. Including Dates in your diet or regimen has loads of benefits because of the nutrients that they contain. Let’s take a look…

Dates contain Vitamins A, B2, B6, C, E, K, rich in Fiber, Iron, Magnesium, Copper, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus and Selenium.These nutrients it contains help prevent dry,brittle hair and split ends by nourishing the hair roots and scalp helping the hair grow stronger and healthier. The Iron and Vitamins present in them help in healthy circulation of blood flow to the scalp which ensures hair growth and prevents hair loss, especially as the Iron helps maintain the amount of blood cells and regulate the flow of oxygen to the scalp and body in general.
